If you have ever run a marathon, then you know that you are getting ready to run the next one and in that time of training you may be looking for some helpful information regarding what it will take to prepare for the next marathon. A good marathon program can include things such as keeping a food log to track calories and other nutrition information, training tips and advice, how to best pace yourself, how long to go at certain paces, etc. You could also find sections that explain biomechanics and training movements so that you can get a better understanding of what your body is doing when you run.
